The salesman (Clay) was very friendly and down to earth. He did an excellent job of making my daughter and I feel comfortable and right at home. I called the dealer and got an appointment for the next day. My car was taken back as soon As I got in. I was escorted to a very comfortable waiting area with coffee, donuts and an attendant. I read in a great chair for about an hour or so and was called for my car earlier than expected. It was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. My service person came back a few minutes before my car was done with an inspection sheet and ask if would like my air filters changed. I did not and was not pressured she was friendly and professional. Thanks!

I had a 9a appointment for my 10,000 mile service. When I arrived the assistant was at my car when I stopped. She did her preliminary documentation, led me to her desk, confirmed what I was there for, had me sign the sheet stating what the dealer was to do and I was leaving less than 60 minutes later. Quick and efficient.

Called and made appt over phone, very polite and very helpful as was advised of coupons available on their website!!! Saved me $15 on oil change and tire rotation!! The customer lounge was super nice with very comfortable chairs and widescreen tv plus refreshments if I wanted!! Awesome! I was in and out in about 30 mins. Will def be back! Thanks all at Toyota of Frankfort!

It was a great service. But my truck is always having issues. I truly believe it's a dud. I never wanted to buy a 2010 Tacoma but when I did, it had very low miles on it and I bought it from a different dealership. Not through Toyota. This truck always has something wrong with it. I had it in last Friday, and now, on a thursday, my check engine light is on, again. I replaced the o2 senor within the last 6 months. I even replaced my front wheel bearings in the last year and now, my front right one most likely needs to be replaced. Something is making it wear out faster then normal. Always something with this truck. Love it, but always something.
