“ I have a 2019 Toyota rav4 adventure that had a recall and i took it here for it to be fixed. I am going to do this the easiest way: Positives: -It was easy to schedule an appointment. -They did cover the recall - it only took then 24 hours to do the recall fix & it looked great afterwards ,they kept their word and changed the headliner as well as the new oof rail mounting clips - Jordan is by far one of the most amazing, knowledgable, and helpful employees. - my car looks good and no further issues were created ( my biggest fear when I let my car out of my site) Negatives: -my first appt i was there over 3 hours waiting to see if i qualified -They wanted me to pay for the loaner car; which i told them absolutely not, this recall should cover everything 100% ( they then agreed and I got the loaner free) Overall impression: It was not a horrible experience, but you need to have a decent hand and advocate for yourself or hope that someone else will in order to get what you need/ want. I think they may be overly busy and tight scheduled. They are fast to make things right when something goes wrong, which i do appreciate. However, certain rules must be in play for recalls; like courtesy cars for customers who are losing theirs due to a problem caused by Toyota. ”
