I don’t often write Google reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because of the extraordinarily professional and wonderful way I was treated at Toyota of Frankfort. I had an issue needing a part for my Toyota, and it became complicated, through no fault of the dealership. To make a long story short, Stephanie Blackburn in parts and Jordan Cummins in Service took care of me like I was part of their family. And that is not an exaggeration! I will never take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for service because of their extra extraordinary efforts.

We had a great sales person in Chris Stewart, he did not make us feel pressure into this sale, and at the time of our sale he was also going back and forth with other customers in helping them , which allowed us more time to work out a deal which everyone agreed upon.
